Spillane Consulting Associates is excited to announce that we have launched the SCA Alumni Network group on Linked In.
The SCA Alumni Network is a community of friends and colleagues who have associated with Spillane Consulting Associates. This includes all current and former employees of SCA. Our connections run all across New England, in the mortgage banking world. We seek to connect all of the current and former talent that has passed through SCA.

Thanks to our growing client base around New England and beyond, the format of the new SCA website will continue to facilitate interaction and engagement. We have upgraded our look to optimize efficiency and a create an experience that is more pleasing to the eye. Additionally, navigating around is easier and more use friendly.

Spillane Consulting Associates is excited to announce that we will be rolling out a new format for our newsletter and returning to a more consistent schedule.
Thanks to our growing subscribers and loyal readership, SCA will be moving to a newsletter format that will continue to facilitate interaction and engagement. You will continue to receive the same great content and industry insight, with a cleaner, more user-friendly layout. As always, our newsletters will be archived in the "Blog" section of our website.
The Spillane Consulting Newsletter will continue to tap into our vast network to bring you analysis of the mortgage banking industry in New England. Specifically, we will focus on topics such as:

Please join us in welcoming Ms. Tracy Hallisey … who joined SCA a short time ago and will be overseeing our Quality Control + Compliance Services by guiding our internal auditing and file review teams.
Tracy was most recently with Mechanics Cooperative Bank as Vice President of Residential and Consumer Lending. She brings a wealth of experience in managing the processing, underwriting, and closing operations for Residential lending; as well as expertise in Regulatory Compliance and LOS Systems. Prior to that, she held positions as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Operations Manager at Rockland Trust and Vice President at Wellesley Cooperative Bank.
Tracy is a recent past President of Southern New England Credit Grantors; and was also a Vice President with Pro Home, Inc. for many years, a non-profit organization for affordable housing.

Bill Dolan returns to SCA

Who says you can't come home again? Bill Dolan returns to SCA after 20 years. (In other news, Bill Belichick called to congratulate John on his offseason moves - "Boy, John - you've really added some talent to this team. Do you have any advice for the Patriots?") Bill's dedication to excellence and passion for community lending, along with the fact that everything he does is grounded in levity, makes him a perfect fit for this SCA team.
Bill comes aboard to spearhead business development and customer engagement efforts, along with the ability to provide clients direct support when it comes to his areas of expertise. Too many times we've heard long-time clients exclaim "I didn't know you did that!" And that's fair, with our forays into mortgage banking, compliance, student loan servicing, technology, and so much more over the past quarter century, it's pretty common for even long-time SCA employees to exclaim, "I didn't know we did that!"
