New Consultant Welcome: Laurie Duncanson

Laurie brings more than 40 years of experience in the banking industry to her new role. She comes to us with a strong background as an SVP of Lending Operations, where she also oversaw the supporting technology and compliance functions. With a proven passion for enhancing customer experience, she excels at improving efficiency through process automation. Her impressive career includes successfully leading a variety of large-scale projects, including lending bank conversions, system replacements, and workflow re-engineering.

We're thrilled to have her on board, and she's already jumped in to assist clients with project management, workflow efficiency, and system upgrades, as well as employee development programs. Currently, she is focused on helping a client streamline their lending operations by decreasing manual and redundant steps to boost both customer satisfaction and profitability.
