New Consultant Welcome: Peter Shea

Please join Spillane Consulting Associates in welcoming a new addition to our team of expert consultants, Peter Shea!

Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, with over 40 years of experience in the banking sector. A true veteran in the field, he previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations, including Bank Secrecy Act Officer and Bank Information Security Officer duties before retiring in 2024. He is an accomplished senior executive with an exemplary record of achieving success in fast-changing and competitive banking environments, specifically within leading IT and operations functions.

Peter has already begun working with our clients, focusing on the review and enhancement of existing AML programs. His work is critical to improving processes for identifying and reporting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), and other fraud-related reviews and alerts.
